Oil prices are down, and stocks are up, though such moves have been quick to change since the war in Iran began. The S&P 500 rose 1% early Monday. The index is coming off its third straight losing week, its longest such streak in a year. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 325 points, and the Nasdaq composite climbed 1.2%.
