A deadlocked jury is returning for a seventh day of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy trial. The judge told them to return Friday after the foreperson wrote a note saying that a single juror wasn't following the court’s instructions about reasonable doubt. The defense then sought to replace the juror but the judge declined. They're being asked whether the state of Massachusetts has proven that Clancy is criminally responsible for killing her three children. The defense blames postpartum psychosis, a rare condition estimated to afflict 1 to 2 per 1,000 women after delivery.
