Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Sunday that Russia alone was responsible for the war and offered to halt strikes on Russian oil refineries if Moscow stopped hitting Ukraine’s energy grid. His comments came after U.S. President Donald Trump blamed him for high diesel prices and said it was time for Ukraine to get a new leader. Ukraine’s foreign minister also pushed back, saying only Ukrainians could decide on their leadership. Meanwhile, a Ukrainian drone attack shut down a data center run by Russian tech giant Yandex, the third strike on its facilities in four days.
