President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance have announced a $25 million program to encourage whistleblowers to report suspected fraud in the U.S. government. The Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program, or WHIP, offers up to $30,000 for tips leading to convictions or significant enforcement actions. The White House says this initiative aims to curb abuse of federal programs and funds. Trump and Vance introduced the program on Tuesday, highlighting its importance. The Justice Department will administer the program, and Trump insists successful whistleblowers will receive their rewards promptly.
