Deputies arrested a driver after an alleged high-speed car chase in Churchill County on Sunday night.
Deputies say they tried to conduct a traffic stop after 6 p.m. after the unidentified suspect failed to yield…and that’s when the suspect took off.
Deputies say they later found the car abandoned on the Fallon Paiute Shoshone tribal land.
The suspect was eventually found with the help of police there and a K9 from Churchill County.
The suspect was booked under suspicion of driving under the influence, being a felon in possession of two firearms...and several other charges.
