Construction is underway and one of the buildings is nearly finished, while another lot is currently being developed.
Roberto's Taco Shop, Brass Tap Beer Bar, Slim Chickens, and even a new dental office are all headed to the area.
Residents we spoke to in the area are excited for the new businesses and look forward to visiting them when they open.
"I've never tried Roberto's so I'm going to look forward to trying that, because I know they have one by the convention center. But the brewery one sounds really good because we really don't have much of that around here so that would be a wonderful one, I'll look forward to that one," said John Kadlic, a Damonte Ranch resident.
Roberto's tells us that they plan on opening in May and we don't have an exact timeline on when the other businesses plan on opening, but we will provide updates when we get more details.
