British counterterrorism police have taken over an investigation into the arrest of several men suspected of explosives offenses near a Royal Air Force base. It has been used by U.S. bombers in the Iran war. Gloucestershire police said Sunday the men were detained under the Explosives Act, and army bomb-disposal experts are examining several vehicles.
