Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin describes a bomb attack on a restaurant in the capital as a “brutal terrorist act.” He did not specify who was responsible. The attack occurred on Saturday evening, killing a security guard and a guest, along with the woman bomber, according to Russian state media citing local officials. Sobyanin wrote on social media Sunday that the wounded are currently in the city’s hospitals, where they are receiving all necessary care.
