High-level negotiations in Switzerland seeking a permanent end to the Iran war ended with lower-level talks planned for the rest of the week. Iran and the United States agreed early Monday to create a “de-confliction cell” to address the fighting in Lebanon. U.S. and Iranian negotiators met in Switzerland for talks on key details of their interim agreement to end the war.
