Nevada Highway Patrol has identified the driver killed in a rollover crash on State Route 208 east of Holbrook Junction near Gardnerville early Friday morning.
NHP says a preliminary investigation shows that a gray 2007 GMC pickup truck was heading east on SR-208.
For an unknown reason, troopers say the pickup truck went off the roadway, got back onto the road and then went into the west lanes where it overturned.
NHP says the driver, 34-year-old Jon Trent of Wellington, was thrown from the car and died on scene.
They say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
