Lawyers for Wilber Martinez-Guzman have filed another appeal with the Nevada Supreme Court.
According to The Associated Press, lawyers are asking justices to overturn a ruling which is allowing him to be tried in Reno for crimes that reportedly happened in Douglas County.
Public defenders argue that Washoe County lacks jurisdiction in part of the case.
The high court has agreed with public defenders during a similar ruling back in March.
As we've reported, Martinez-Guzman is accused of killing two people in Gardnerville and another two here in Reno back in January of 2019.
