Reno City Council Approved New City Manager

In a unanimous vote on Wednesday, September 28, the Reno City Council approved the appointment of Bill Thomas as acting City Manager.

Thomas was the Assistant City Manager under Andrew Clinger who separated with the city earlier this month, amid an investigation into sexual harassment claims made against him.

Thomas has been filling in for Clinger since the separation agreement was signed.

Clinger's last day as City Manager will be October Ninth.
