The Washoe County District Attorney's Office reports a man has been sentenced as a habitual criminal to 150 months in prison.
41-year-old Christopher Hildenstab of Reno plead guilty to one count of burglary this year, which was his eighth felony conviction and his fifth burglary conviction.Â
Some of Hildenstab's prior convictions included attempted burglary, drug offenses and forgery.Â
Detectives identified him a a suspect in multiple vehicle burglaries in January of this year and he was arrested after a search of his vehicle. They found burglary tools, gloves and a window punch in his car. Additional items stolen from a reported vehicle burglary were also located.
Hildenstab will be eligible for parole after five years.Â
