Veterans Healing Camp looks to provide a safe space for veterans.

The housing entity will be installing garden beds through the Urban Roots (local nonprofit) Gardening For All program.

The garden is a collaborative effort between FARMily, the Katie Grace Foundation, Bridge Church, and the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.
Applicants accepted into the program will work alongside the Urban Roots team to design the garden bed and the contents within.
The project was made possible thanks to contributions from multiple sources, including $34 thousand dollars from the Washoe County special district 1 and 4 funds.
