University Police officers are investigating a report of shots fired at the Sigma Nu Fraternity house on Ralston Street.
Officers say two subjects wearing all-black clothing were seen outside the residence tampering with the exterior holiday lights hanging on the fence in front of the residence. When confronted by residents of the house, one of the subjects produced a handgun and fired it at the ground in front of fraternity members who had come outside.
The suspect are described as a white male, 5'10”, 175 pounds, long blonde hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and with a tattoo on his right inside forearm. He was accompanied by a second male described only as a white male wearing a black beanie.
