A deal was finalized this week to sell the Siena Hotel Spa Casino in downtown Reno to a Delaware-based holding company.Â
HMRN LLC bought the 215-room property from Las Vegas-based Colvin Family Gaming Trust for $7.8 million. Â
This week’s sale makes HMRN LLC the third entity to own the property since it opened in 2001.
The former property owner announced the pending sale of the property in May and closed gambling operations at the casino Tuesday.
We've reached out to the new owners and asked them what they plan to do with the future of the property, and so far have not heard back from them.
