The Sparks Police Department says it violates Nevada Revised Statue 490.090 to drive a dirt bike on a paved road.

After a brief investigation into a string of three thefts at Scheels in Sparks, the Neighborhood Police Unit at Sparks Police Department arrested Lyna and Aaron Phipps of Cassel, CA for organized retail theft.

33-year old Timothy Rubenstein of Sparks was arrested today after an investigation led to probable cause for assault with a deadly weapon.
