On Monday, July 11 Sparks Police say that a woman is seen stealing a green 1999 Toyota RAV4 with Nevada license plate number 46D-759 from a business at 1490 East Prater Way. Â
The woman is described as a white adult, heavy set with strawberry blonde hair, glasses and wearing a dark colored tank top. She was last seen carrying a cloth backpack.
