The Sparks Police Department says crews are responding to an unknown traffic incident at Pyramid Way and Queen Way on Friday evening.
Officials said northbound lanes of Pyramid north of Queen Way is delayed and traffic is backed up to Greenbrae Drive.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
