Monday/Wednesday:Â 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Saturday: 1:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Â Â Â Â
Winter school break: 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. December 21-23; December 28-30, 2015 and January 4-7, 2016
Lap Swim
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (2 lanes); 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (4 lanes); 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (2 lanes).
Tuesday/Thursday: 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Saturday: Noon to 5:45 p.m. (2 lanes)
Toddler Swim Time (Tot Pool)
Monday – Thursday: 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Children must be age 6 or younger.
The cost for recreation/lap swim is $3 for youth (under 18 yrs.), $5 for adults (18 yrs. to 54 yrs.), $4 for seniors (55 yrs. and older) and $15 for a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). The cost for parent/child to swim in the tot pool is $7 and $1 for each additional child.
The pool inside Alf Sorensen Community Center is 25 yards in length, features eight lanes and is heated year-round. There is also a 90–degree tot pool for ages 6 or younger accompanied by an adult. The facility is located at 1400 Baring Blvd. in Sparks.
