Technology Grants for Local Non-Profits

Microsoft Reno and IQ Technology Solutions have been recognizing local nonprofit organizations as recipients of the 8th annual IT Makeover Campaign.

The campaign provides nonprofit organizations a check towards new technology for their organization.

"Our team enjoys going out and taking the same technology we deliver to business and putting into nonprofits who often don't spend enough on technology in order to help their organizations," said Steve Cerocke the President of IQ Technology Solutions.

Thursday, June 23 they made their final stop at Nevada Cancer Coalition (NCC) and gave them a check for $2,400.

NCC’s mission is to prevent and reduce the burden of cancer by advocating cancer prevention, screening, treatment, survivorship and access to care.

The IQ Makeover Campaign has helped five other nonprofits including Immunize Nevada, Urban Roots, The Empowerment Center and Sierra Nevada Journeys.
