Nevada Highway Patrol says a pedestrian died after being hit by a car Saturday night.
The crash happened on Dolores Dr. near Pyramid Way.
NHP says the driver of the car stayed on scene and cooperated with officials.
Impairment is not suspected to be a factor in the crash.
Southbound lanes on Dolores Dr. will be closed for several hours as crews investigate.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area and expect delays.
