Jacky Rosen - United States Senate

Nevada U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen joined ten other senators in signing a letter urging members of the Trump administration to halt enforcement actions against minors.

They're asking instead that the administration develop policies aimed at protecting children.

In the letter, the Senators wrote in part, "In April 2025, more than 8,000 children age 11 or under received a removal order—the highest monthly number in over 35 years. And in the first six months of the Administration, nearly 15,000 children under the age of four were ordered deported. The vast majority of these children did not have legal representation.”

Earlier this month, Sen. Rosen called for the removal of Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem. Rosen also helped introduce legislation that would prohibit ICE and other federal officers from wearing masks during enforcement operations.
