Truckee Police are asking drivers to watch out for emergency vehicles and personnel as they respond to a punctured gas line in front of Truckee Elementary.
They say eastbound traffic on Donner Pass Road is being directed through the center left turn lane. Truckee Fire, Police and Southwest Gas are on scene, trying to control a gas line that was punctured due to construction.
They say the gas is dissipating quickly, but there are no evacuations at this time. Truckee Police say traffic should return to normal soon.
