The US Marshals Service says their Fugitive Task Force, with the help of the Nevada Office of the Attorney General, found a rape suspect out of Portland, Oregon in the area of Gould Street and Second Street on Thursday.
They said Timothy Hogue was wanted for a felony warrant of rape in the first degree.
They said the case stemmed from a 2011 stranger sexual assault case where it is alleged Hogue raped a woman in Downtown Portland.
The US Marshals Service says Hogue has a violent criminal history that includes arrests for robbery, assault on a public safety officer, resisting arrest and carrying a concealed dirk/dagger.
