Eaton Fire causes evacuation of senior center

A second fire has sprung up in the Los Angeles area, near Altadena, that is causing even more evacuations as the fire moves erratically.

Officials say wildfires ravaging the Los Angeles area this week have killed at least 10 people and burned at least 10,000 homes, buildings and other structures.
