Records could be broken for the third time in a row on Tuesday as highs reach the low 90's. Temperatures will be running around ten to twenty degrees above average for this time of year. So what exactly is a heat wave or a heat dome? Angela Schilling explains over a bowl of ice cream. The ice cream forecast calls for two ice cream treats on Tuesday. It will be warm up at Lake Tahoe as well, with highs around 80 degrees.Â
