A 45-year-old woman is being charged in connection with last month's theft at the Down Syndrome Network of Northern Nevada. 

Reno Police say a Secret Witness tip led them to Cynthia Ramos who was already in jail for a separate incident. 

Police say she stole items meant for families of Down Syndrome children, including special baby baskets, and baskets of food, books, toys and backpacks. 

Officials say an additional seven gift baskets made for a virtual auction fundraiser were also stolen during the November 20th incident.
