Whole Foods Market has announced that they are opening a new store in South Lake Tahoe.Â
The company announced in a press release that with their fourth quarter earnings they were able to sign leases for three new 365 by Whole Foods Markets stores. Two will be in California, in Redlands and South Lake Tahoe. The third will be in Fairfax, Virginia.Â
365 By Whole Foods is described as the company's "streamlined, value-oriented" stores. The company says they were designed to complement the Whole Foods Market brand with a "fresh format and unique product assortment."Â
The first stores location opened in Los Angeles in May of 2016. 19 store leases are currently in development but there isn't yet an opening date set for the South Lake Tahoe location.Â
