The California Highway Patrol has released the names of the two people killed in a rollover crash on Highway 395 south of Bridgeport.

The Mono County Sheriff's Office says 51-year-old Windy Skajita of Sacramento and 53-year-old Darryl Ramirez of West Sacramento were killed when their Ford Fusion went off the road and rolled several times down an embankment. Authorities found the car on Wednesday.

CHP is still investigating who the driver was, and whether drugs and/or alcohol was involved.

CHP says both people were wearing seat belts, but both people were thrown due to the force of the impact.
