Coral Academy is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the Reno/Sparks area by opening a new elementary school campus.
Coral Academy started in 2000 with only 53 students and has since grown to serve over 1,500.
The tuition-free charter school campus will be located at 6155 Neil Road, next to the existing Coral Academy of Science high school.
Coral Academy will begin welcoming students to the new campus this August.
The school will serve K-4th grade its first year and expand to serving 5th grade the following year.
