An investigation is underway after fire crews responded to a brush fire near Pyramid Lake late Tuesday morning.

The 26-acre fire started after 11:45 a.m. near Grass Valley Road in Palomino Valley.

Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue and BLM both responded. 

TMFR says no buildings were damaged and no injuries were reported.
