The owners of Meadowood Mall are considering expanding the property to include more stores and a movie theater.

Simon Properties filed planning documents with City of Reno last month. They include the addition of a more than 50,000 square foot big box store and a 54,000 square foot movie theater in the southeast corner of the property.
The City will rule on whether to move forward with the expansion plan by the end of the month.
