The Nevada Department of Corrections says a minimum security inmate who walked away from an outside work crew in Carson City last week was recaptured early Tuesday morning in Woodland, California.
He was booked into the Yolo County Jail charged with false representation to a police officer, a misdemeanor offense in California, and is also being held on director's retake warrant from the NDOC.
Lillie could face 2 to 6 years in connection with the Carson City incident, that happened on May 11th.
