Crews with the Central Lyon Fire were called to a house fire early Thursday morning in Dayton.
When firefighters arrived, just after 3:30, they found smoke and flames showing from a single wide modular home on Grosh Avenue.
Everyone in the home was evacuated before fire crews arrived.
One person and one pet were treated for smoke inhalation, according to Lyon County Fire. No one else was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
