A fire weather watch goes up on Saturday from 1pm to 10pm.
Gusty winds 30 to 40 mph along with dry vegetation and low humidity, will give us high fire danger.
Avoid outdoor activities such as using fireworks, campfires, and target shooting, that can cause a flame or spark to prevent new wildfires.
You can also expect choppy and hazardous boating conditions on area lakes with gusty winds on Sunday as well. Â
