As of 1:30 p.m., the lockdown at Carson High School has been lifted.
The Carson City Sheriff's Office did not find any weapons.
There were no injuries.
Classes have resumed and school will end at the regular time.

According to the Carson City School District, Carson High School was put onto a lockdown around 12:15 p.m. on Friday, May 3.
There is an active situation being investigated with the Carson City Sheriff's Office.
They say a student reported seeing a weapon. Although it has not been corroborated, officials are investigating out of caution.
Nobody has been injured.
Officials say that the school is secure and that no entrances are permitted at this time.
