The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System partnered with Gary Grate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy and VFW Post 3396 to hold a Veterans Self-Defense class.
The class, which was held on Saturday, April 27, was free to all veterans.
Gary Grate is a fourth-degree black belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and an Air Force veteran.Â
