Tenants of the Lakes at Lemmon Valley apartments received a message from management that all amenities are currently closed.Â
Management is asking all tenants to be careful around the property and get sandbags from their front office. Especially those living on the first floor.
Maintenance at the apartments are currently working to clean up the property and address any grounds related concerns that may arise in the future.
The clubhouse has experienced some flooding which has resulted in the closure of amenities that include the Juice bar, gym, sauna, and pools.
Staff will notify residents when the amenities are open again.
