James Patrick Burns from Sparks was sentenced to 65 years in prison for eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, among several other offenses. His victims include over 100 children.

Unless new circumstances come to light that contradict the factual foundation upon which this decision was made, this case is officially closed.

Toxicology results showed Lee’s blood-alcohol concentration was 0.218%, records showed. The legal limit is 0.08%.

Roney Rolando Gonzalez-Otazo was sentenced to a minimum of three years but could 10 years which was given as the maximum sentence.  

The investigation remains ongoing. 

U.S. Marshals have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that happened last year on Halloween in Reno.
