The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) has released their June 2025 economic report.
According to the report, the state's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 5.4% in June, which is a slight dip of 0.1% from May.
In the three metropolitan areas of the state, June unemployment is as listed:
- Las Vegas: 5.8%
- Reno: 4.6%
- Carson City: 4.4%
Looking at Nevada as a whole, the lowest unemployment rate is in White Pine County at 4.1%. Mineral County has the highest rate, at 11.4%.
