City of Reno met to hear a presentation for the 2026/2027 fiscal year budget
They're planning on being able to get the budget out of the current deficit by reducing service and supplies with one example being removing funding from the Reno works program along with reductions to staffing specifically with un-funding frozen positions -- the council says they plan to host two more of these workshops - with one next month and the other in May.
