A crash on I-80 westbound caused some slowdown in Reno tonight as crews worked to clear things up.
According to officials with the Reno Fire Department, two vehicles were involved in a crash on westbound I-80, near the Wells Avenue exit.
One of the cars ended up on its side, with a person trapped inside.
Staff with the Reno Fire Department were able to extricate the person who was trapped, and that person was transported to a nearby hospital with what officials called "minor to moderate" injuries.
The two right lanes of westbound I-80 were blocked for a time as crews worked the crash, but should be open now as everything has been cleared.
