In Mono County, California, lakes including Topaz Lake, Bridgeport Reservoir, Mono Lake, and Crowley Lake were under a lake wind advisory with southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph and gusts up to 40 mph. Officials said small boats, kayaks, and paddle boards could be prone to capsizing.
