A man faces several charges after deputies found a trailer that was allegedly stolen from Empire in September.
Washoe County deputies say they recognized the trailer this week and started searching the immediate area and talked with neighbors.
Through their investigation, they say they identified 43-year-old Michael Jack as a suspect.
They say Jack, who also had an active felony warrant out his arrest, refused to come out of the trailer so a perimeter was set up. Eventually, Jack surrendered and was taken into custody.
Jack was transported to the Washoe County Detention Facility, where he was booked on the following charges:
* Possession of Stolen Property (Felony)
* Resisting a Public Officer
* Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia
* Felony Warrant for Failing to Appear After Bail
