The Reno Police Department responded to a disturbance at the apartments of 1100 Glenda Way.
This happened on the morning of Sunday, December 28.
One person was shot and sent to a local hospital with unknown conditions., according to the Reno Police Department.
Police say another person, identified as Emillio Fraga, aged 21 years old, was arrested on alleged charges of Battery with a deadly weapon.
