The South Valley Volunteer Fire Department along with members of the community have pulled together and organized a BBQ as a big 'THANK YOU' to all the first responders that protected the community from the Davis Fire. 

The 'Community Strong BBQ' will take place this Saturday, September 28 at the South Valley Volunteer Fire Department Station 227 located at 3010 Lakeshore Drive in Washoe Valley from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Organizers invite the community to come and show their appreciation by coming together and healing together.

A BBQ lunch will be provided by donation only.
