Last week, Sparks Firefighters responded to a report of a person trapped under a fallen truck trailer.
According to Sparks Firefighters in an online Facebook post, their Heavy Rescue unit used specialized equipment to safely lift the trailer and remove the person from underneath.
The victim was treated and transported by REMSA and fortunately avoided life-threatening injuries.
The Sparks Firefighters thanked their team and partners for their quick response in handling the situation safely.
