A man was arrested in Douglas County on Monday, February 26.
32-year-old Richard Fraser was booked on the following charges:
- Attempted lewdness with a child under 16.
- Luring a child.
- Using a child to produce pornography.
- Indecent exposure in the presence of a child.
He is currently being held in the Douglas County Jail in Minden on a $155,012 bail.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) conducted an undercover sting investigation on Fraser after learning about the case. Fraser agreed upon a date, time, location and sexual acts with an undercover DCSO deputy who Fraser thought was a minor.
At the date, time and location agreed upon, Fraser was instead arrested by DCSO detectives.
