The Associated Press has surveyed more than 1,000 Jewish adults in the U.S. to better understand their views on Israel’s military actions in Gaza, their opinions of the political parties and their experiences with prejudice. The survey of 1,022 Jewish adults offers a rare detailed accounting of a key demographic that sits at the very center of some of the nation’s most divisive political debates. The survey found that Jewish adults have complicated views about Israel and the war in Gaza, and that most American Jews don’t feel politicians are supporting Jewish people. At the same time, many Jewish adults feel unsafe in the United States.
